The following terms and conditions help to keep the A4CARD website a safe place to shop and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and A4CARD in connection with this site. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

General

1. Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with A4CARD and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

2. All customer credit/debit card orders are charged at the point shipping.

3. All prices on this website are priced in pounds sterling (£ GBP). We are afraid that A4CARD cannot accept orders placed in any other currency at this time.

4. Accepted method of payments are 1) UK ONLY: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal , Postal Order or personal cheque (Made payable to “A. Marsh”). 2) International Orders – we are happy to accept orders from worldwide customers by Credit Card or PayPal only, all other payments are not accepted (foreign cheques, money orders, cash or bank transfers).

5. All major credit & debit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Visa-Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro – if in any doubt please call us for information. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express at this time except via PayPal.

6. Security: You can be sure that all transactions made on A4CARD's web site are safe. All Credit/Debit card orders are encrypted using the latest 128bit technology. Please look for the “padlock” symbol at the foot of your browser window when entering your card
details.

7. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

8. A4CARD will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

9. You undertake that all details you provide A4CARD for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services
ordered.

10. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform A4CARD as soon as possible.

11. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

12. Cancellation: Once A4CARD receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to A4CARD from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by A4CARD in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

Liability

1. This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt A4CARD do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from A4CARD's negligence or wilful default, or that of A4CARD's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b)
fraudulent misrepresentation.

2. A4CARD does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

3. A4CARD will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

4. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A4CARD IS PROVIDING THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, A4CARD DOES NOT
REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE
OR CURRENT.

5. Returns: In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, A4CARD shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify A4CARD of the problem in an e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

6. A4CARD does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the A4CARD website or for any products or
services purchased from A4CARD.

7. A4CARD will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

Processing of orders

1.Credit and Debit cards are debited before A4CARD ships any items. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

2. Order confirmation: You will receive an email from A4CARD confirming the receipt of your order once checkout has been successfully completed.

3. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.

4. A4CARD aim to process shipment of all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Please allow 28 days for delivery. A4CARD are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in
stock, unless expressly notified, in which case we shall make every effort to relay this information to you.

5. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from A4CARD (please see below)

Delivery/Title/Risk

1. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please ensure that you provide us with your full and correct delivery address including Postcode (PO box addresses are not shipped to by our delivey agents). Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

2. Next Day delivery service is only available Monday-Friday. orders must be received by 1pm to qualify, orders placed after this cut off will be despatched the next available working day. We offer no guaranteed delivery on weekends or bank holidays.

3. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once A4CARD has received payment in full for that product or products.

4. If your delivery address is outside of EEC you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; A4CARD advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

5. Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

6. OVERSEAS AND NON-MAINLAND UK ORDERS (All orders placed requesting delivery to a non-mainland UK address) - The buyer is responsible for choosing the correct Delivery Method
for their Country/Area/Zone. Incorrect selection will result in non-desptach of goods until additional delivery charge is paid.

7. Delivery charges - All delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order and therfore will vary accordingly. You can check the exact delivery charge at any time by viewing the contents of your basket prior to completing checkout.

Returns/Cancellation/Pre-Orders

1. You have 7 days to return your item should you wish. We will make arrangements to refund you for the full amount paid once the item has been returned to us unopened, in the condition it was received in. The cost of returning the item to us will be bourne by you and is not refundable by us.

2. If your item is faulty or damaged you have 7 days to inform us. We will either arrange for collection or ask you to return it to us. Once the item has been received back and inspected we will either issue you a full refund or replacement depending on individual case.

3. Non-delivery (i.e. we tried to deliver your order but could not, or you failed to collect it from a local depot after an attempted delivery) and the item is returned to us then you will be charged for a re-delivery at additional cost if you choose to have the item sent back out to you. If you wish to cancel the order following a non-delivery then you will be refunded the cost of the goods minus a 20% administration fee.

Miscellaneous

1. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. A4CARD tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on
A4CARD's web site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

2. A4CARD may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

3. These terms and conditions shall apply when A4CARD accepts your order by e-mail or by telephone. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between A4CARD and you relating to your purchase. A4CARD advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by A4CARD.

4. You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully. The information on our "About Us" page also forms part of our general Terms & Conditions therfore we recommend you also read this carefully.

5. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
